Roasted Buffalo Chickpeas Ingredients
Chickpeas: Dried or canned chickpeas will work in this recipe although dried chickpeas will have to be soaked in advance before cooking them.
Buffalo Sauce: Any brand of buffalo sauce will work you can also use any type of your favorite hot sauce.
Seasoning: The seasoning is very simple in this recipe all you need it garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Onion powder and Paprika are also good alternatives to try!

How to Make Roasted Buffalo Chickpeas
- Drain and dry chickpeas.
- Toss with remaining ingredients and spread onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Tips and Tricks
- Make sure the chickpeas are completely dried out when baking otherwise they will be chewy and not crispy.
- Thoroughly dry the chickpeas after rinsing, this will help them crisp up in the oven and allow the seasoning to stick properly.
- If they start to loose their crispiness after a couple of days they can be rebaked in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Storage Instructions
These chickpeas can stored in an air tight container for up to 1 week at room temperature.
