Easy Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients
Yogurt: For the best results Greek yogurt is used in Tzatziki sauce but any type of yogurt will work. Just keep in mind that a normal yogurt will result in a thinner sauce.
Herbs: Dill is a staple in this sauce you can use either fresh or dried dill. Fresh mint can also be added for an extra kick of flavor.
Cucumber: English cucumbers are the best choice for this recipe as they are seedless and have thin skin which is easy to grate.
Garlic: Garlic is one on the main flavor components in Tzatziki only one clove is used in this recipe but that can increased depending on how strong you like the flavor of it.

- Grate cucumber and squeeze out all of the liquid.
- Combine cucumber and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
