Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ½+¼ cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or until chilled.
  • Roll mixture into 12 equal portions.
